2013 Policy Review

We are reviewing the Homefinder Somerset Allocations Policy in light of revised Government guidance and the Localism Act.  After discussion within the partnership we are now consulting on the revised Allocations policy.

We would welcome your views on the proposed changes and have created a short online survey to capture these views which you can access here.

The consultation period runs from 1st April 2013 to 20th May 2013.

Homefinder Somerset Monitoring Board

The monitoring board meets every 3 months to discuss the performance of the CBL scheme and any issues arising.
