There is currently a backlog of approximately 11 weeks to assess new applications and updates to existing applications. We are currently working on applications submitted on 12 May 2024.
We will contact you once your application is assessed. Please do not contact us about the status of your Housing Register application.
The backlog has been caused by the volume of applications - 7,200 new and updated applications were submitted between 1 January and 30 June.
We are working to reduce the backlog as quickly as possible.
